If you already have an existing website for your self storage business, we can help you integrate that website with certain pages of our app that will allow your tenants to login to pay for their unit and/or rent a unit online. If you wanted to use the website we provide, you can still use your same domain name (ex. and we can change the settings so that our website content appears when someone goes to your website in place of your old content.
We do not believe in contracts. All of our services are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. If for some reason you are not happy with our software, please let us know and we would be glad to talk to you. If, for whatever reason, you decide not to use it any longer, you can cancel at anytime with no penalty!
When someone licenses our software, they pay a small setup fee and then they pay a small monthly maintenance fee depending on how many units they have.

The setup fee covers:
  • 1- Registering the domain name you wish to have your new website hosted on
  • 2- The custom creation of your website, including a logo, pictures, and integration w Google Maps
  • 3- One-on-one training to get familiar with the product (no time limit)
  • 4- Unlimited support to get your data into the software
The monthly fee covers:
  • 1- Software and website maintenance
  • 2- Monthly hosting for website and software
  • 3- Automatic backup of your data
  • 4- Unlimited upgrades & updates
  • 5- Unlimited customer support (some companies charge by the minute for this)
  • 6- Unlimited text and email notifications to your tenants
The setup fee and the monthly fee vary depending on the size of your facility
We love to hear from our clients! We handle all of our support from our St. George UT office and do not outsource it to a 3rd world country. We are in the office from Monday- Friday 8am-5pm MST. During those times you can chat with us, email us, or call us with any questions you might have. We also do support on weekends through email if there is an emergency.
Yes, our software is 100% browser based so you can access the program in its entirety from your phone. When you are away from the desk it allows you to rent units and take payments or even look up tenant accounts. Having your business in your back pocket allows you to get out and grab some fresh air every now and then!
Yes, we have an interface that allows our software to talk to your QB online account. All tenants, tenant invoice history, and tenant payment history will seamlessly download into QB online without any effort on your part. It all happens behind the scene so you can focus on other aspects of your business.
Easy Storage has its own web-based access control hardware that is 100% integrated with the management software so you can issue access codes to tenants, lock tenants out, un-lock tenants, and open the gate right from your mobile device.
